Due to the fact that Palm Beach County is more than a year backed up in foreclosures my name is still on the tax roll instead of CitiMortgage. Am I responsible for the property taxes to date or fines I have been receiving for lack of grass cutting etc. I moved out of the house August 1, 2006 and now live in Atlanta.
