If customer is not aware that the goods weren&#039;t delivered as agreed until after the 60 days, does it restrict the bank from investigating the case and if the bank does investigate the claim after the 60 days would it toll the 60 day statute?

A circumstance where the seller does not reveal that goods  do not match what is agreed in the contract. 

Can you separate the responsibility to protect the consumer from the 60 day statute?
