		<description>Your message here...Capitol One informed me in 1998, if I transfered all my short term debt to my credit card they would only chagre me 4.5%.  So I did.  Never missed or was never late on any payment for 10 years.  Feb. of 09 I was informed my intrest rate was to be raised 10%.  This tripled my monthly payment.  As a senior this was impossible.  Now the account is in default.  Thanks Capitol One. RM</description>
